Loose and Light

When running, it's best to be as loose and light as possible. And the Christian race is THE most important race there is. If we are going to run it, run it well and finish it, we need to be loose and light. Therefore, there are a few things we need to get rid of before we attempt to run it. We will discuss these things today and hopefully encourage everyone to be loose and light for the sake of following our Lord Jesus. Blessings!
