Cloudy Days

Perhaps you feel like I do when it's cloudy out and the sun isn't shining. Perhaps you want to pull the covers over your head and wait for a sunnier day to come out and live. What is it about sunless days that affects us so much? Well, we'll discuss this question, only on a spiritual level. Because the sun we will be talking about today is actually the Son of God. And when He is shining into our hearts, we are doing just fine. But when the clouds cast over Him, we immediately begin to struggle. We'll discuss all of these things including the solution to this problem. Blessings to you!

Utilizing a Fresh Beginning

It's a wonderful thing to be given a fresh beginning in life, especially our spiritual life with the Lord Jesus. But what is a fresh beginning for and how to we utilize it and not waste it? That question is exactly what we will discuss and study today. God's mercy is new every morning, thankfully, but this morning is a day when we will hopefully begin utilizing that mercy for a true, lasting spiritual beginning. Blessings!

Building Wisely

We all know what it's like to do foolish things and make foolish decisions, but what if we made THE worst decision of all time and built our lives upon the wrong foundation? Neglecting Verity For Vanity

We have all made bad choices in our lives, but what if we chose to live for error instead of Truth for our entire lives, even though we knew better? Well, sadly there is a character in the Bible who has this legacy. We will use his life as a warning to us today to NEVER choose to live for vanity over verity. We hope this blesses you today!

Fear or Aggression?

With all the crazy things happening in our world, how should we as Christians be acting? Should we be fearful, on the attack or something completely different? We'll discuss this question on a very brief podcast "on the go". Blessings!

Loving a Lot or a Little?

The question we want to answer today is "Why do some people love the Lord a lot, and some people only love Him a little?" That question is a sad question to ask, but we hope that by answering it, that we can all arrive a better and greater love for the Lord - one He is truly deserving of. Why Commitment?

The Children of Israel left many lessons for us, especially through their failure to stay devoted and committed to the Lord. Today we discuss how we can take those lessons and use them as fuel for staying committed to the Lord in our Covenant relationship with Him. Be Ready! - Dealing with the Coronavirus

Oftentimes in life we aren't ready for what's to come. Sometimes this isn't a big deal, but in the Christian life it can be devastating if we're not ready for what's next. This happened to an entire people group in the Old Testament. And hopefully by listening to Scripture, we can act differently than they did when the waves of life come at us. Pinned Down? - Dealing with the Coronavirus

Many times in life we feel pinned down, unable to move forward or backward. The Coronavirus Pandemic definitely feels that way right now. But as we'll see, that feeling doesn't come from our Lord, but from the evil one. As the story of the children of Israel with the Red Sea crossing will teach us once again, the Lord will guide and protect us if we do what He's called us to do.
